At soapé, we are committed to providing you with eco-friendly and high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
